BusinessWebsite.ca provides small to medium business owners with a valuable service. For the integrity of our network, we have decided that we will not be accepting any projects for the following types of sites. Rx, Pills, Pharmaceutical, alcohol, or tobacco related sites No illegal sites containing copyright, destruction, violence, fraud, pornography, racism, or vulgarity. Sites containing adult or sexually explicit material or marketing that exploits sexuality. Gambling or gambling related products sites or Religious sites. The above list may change from time to time without any advance notice. If your site category is not listed above, but we find that it is not suitable for our network. BusinessWebsite.ca may deny the request for design on its sole discretion. BusinessWebsite.ca's decision will be final. The payment for your website is due every 1st of the month for the duration of your website with us. There is a $300.00 + GST payment required for all projects. This is a non-refundable set up fee. The best way to pay the set up fee is with PayPal to avoid any delays in processing your check payment. The monthly payments after that can be made by either check or paypal. You can cancel this service any time you want. If you cancel the service, you will be charged 6 month subscription based on your monthly payment level. We have to charge this amount to offset some of the cost to design and develop your website. Our service is designed to work in a long term setting. All design, technical work, and other products or services related to your website will remain the property of BusinessWebsite.ca. That is how we are able to keep our prices low.
